Assassin's Creed Odyssey: The Hind Of Keryneia (Walkthrough)

The Hind of Keryneia is one of the support quests in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and stems from Daphnae.

She’s the same NPC that gave you the quest to hunt the Kalydonian Boar and there are eight of these quests.

Here’s a brief walkthrough of the Hind of Keryneia in AC Odyssey.

This quest is recommended for characters level 16 and above, and is the easiest among all of the 8 quests.

Locate the Hind of Keryneia

The first objective is to locate the Hind of Keryneia and kill it.

This mythical beast is located on the island of Euboea. If you’re really far away, you can fast travel to a close-by island and sail to Euboea.

The exact location of the Hind of Keryneia is shown in the screenshot below.

To be exact, it’s in Abantis at the center of Artemision Point.

This creature is like a bigger version of a deer. Luckily, the fight is quite easy.

There aren’t distractions from other deers unlike the boars in the Daughters of Artemis quest.

The HP is definitely higher than regular deers but the attacks aren’t that painful if you’re well equipped.

Just hit it from the back and you won’t get injured. Once it’s dead, loot the Keryneia pelt and go back to Daphnae.

Once you’ve taken the pelt, get back to Daphnae who is at the Temple of Artemis. It’s in Phokis.

As a reward, you will be given death arrows and some drachmae.

Even though you only get 5 arrows, you can craft more of them in your inventory.
